Sofia & Sterling is an independent clothing brand operating from Ireland.
Our website is powered in part by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. An order is not confirmed until checkout has been completed and payment has been accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, has been incorrectly priced or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If this happens, any affected payment will be refunded.

Please ensure that your delivery information is correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including courier disruption, customs delays, severe weather or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

All Sofia & Sterling branding, artwork, embroidery designs, graphics, photographs, product concepts, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Sofia & Sterling unless stated otherwise.
You may not reproduce, sell, modify or commercially use our content without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
